Additional services offered by the T. C. Field & Company Claim Department include:
- An Annual Workers Compensation Claim Review done just before the workers compensation experience modification factor is developed. The review is done to be sure that all large workers’ compensation claims are reserved properly or are considered for closing before the mod is figured. The review is presented in writing and includes brief reports on large claims and a visual representation of losses in the form of a chart
- A claim kit given to new clients for reporting claims; the kit includes claim forms for all lines of business and directions for completing those forms, a disposable camera, and “Glove Box Kit” containing a pencil and forms for recording information in the event of an auto or other accident
- Loss history reports obtained from the appropriate insurer
- Maintenance of a database of claims specific to the customer that provides reference for claim payments, adjuster’s name and phone number, claim number, reserves and open/closed status
Loss Prevention Assistance
T. C. Field & Company offers help with meeting insurance company loss prevention recommendations including information on Early Return to Work, Minnesota AWAIR, Confined Space Entry, Personal Protective Equipment, Fall Protection, Hazcom, Bloodborne Pathogens and others.
Assistance with safety manuals, OSHA requirement research, “Tool Box Talk” brochures, and other information to assist with limiting exposure to loss is also available. |
